Oops, kind of forgot about SoundCloud fav. friday (henceforth abbreviated SCFF). But then again, it means there’s been more musical greatness gathering up in my SoundCloud favourites since last!

Owsey, Stumbleine & Resotone – Shade of My Heart
The artist names and song title indicate what this is all about.

Porter Robinson & Mat Zo – Easy (Radio rip from the very last episode of Trance Around the World)
Smoke machines, hands in the air, daft punk’ish influences, etc. The kind of song I’d play at midnight at NYE if I were a DJ.

Fjern – Dududududu (Meeke‘s Long Ass Remix Title That Doesn’t Seem To End Remix) (Re-Edit)
Yet another one of the countless automatically awesome Dududududu remixes.

Savant – Technodrome
Most epic chiptune+electro house song since Zedd’s Zelda remix.

Perspective & Skywide – Oceania
Continental ever-expanding relaxation.

Skywide – City Lights
Tinkly goodnight sounds.

Venture – Forever
Before him, I would never have guessed how grandiose minimal drum ‘n’ bass could be. Butterflies in my stomach.

Savant – Alchemist (album teaser)
I just love this guy. He’s insane. 5 multi-genre-variety-fireworks albums in a year! Who does that?

Solar Fields – Jupiter Sessions (DJ set)
2 hours of futuristic euphoric bliss from one of my all-time favourite artists, known for the Mirror’s Edge soundtrack. His albums Leaving Home and Movements are among the best audio+imagination experiences of my entire life.

Bijou – Naaiv
I suddenly found myself in a magical forest.

Reso – Tangram (album sampler)
I’ve written about Reso before; he’s one of my heroes. Like Savant, he also engages in multi-genre (or anti-genre?) awesomeness, perhaps even more so. His music is so full of life, imagination, rhythm, bass, sound design, etc. You can tell how rich of an imagination and how much fun this man must have. Why can’t all dubstep artists be as awesome and diverse as Reso?

Eleve – Sandy
Powerful imaginative trancy dubsteppy dance music. Tell this guy to release his music and receive recognition, kthx.

Venture – Remote Composure
One of the absolutely finest futuristic tracks I’ve ever heard, even with Solar Fields accounted for! He never fails to take me to other worlds; it really is worldclass wizardry.

Flite – A Place Called Acid (WIP)
Reminds me of ’90s Warp Records stuff, along with Gas 0095.
